integrate Support Suite 3.0.32 witht my clients database - 04-10-2006, 09:16 AM

Hi
I won't to integrate Support Suite 3.0.32 witht my clients database and I want to make some changes in Ticket add form, and i have some questions:


1. Who can help me to understand how can i modify the form? (witch php to modify and witch php will be affected)
2. How can i add a new link on the Staff Bar.

First, I would suggest you upgrade to the latest build as Kayako would ask you to do so. v3.00.32 is over 8-9 months old and the software has undergone numerous changes since then. Once you have upgrade, contact Kayako support. They shall assist you with the changes you are looking to make.
