integrate with whmcs - cannot receive new order information - 17-03-2008, 03:57 AM

after integrating with whmcs, when customers place new orders, admin accounts don't receive information anymore. Just default email in whmcs can receive it.

Can anyone confirm this please?

That is a WHMCS problem. You should contact them about this.

It's working fine before the integration. Meanwhile I am waiting for Raghav fixing my Support Suite bug, is there anyone else facing to this?

Hi,

I am not sure if it is related to Kayako or the resent release, but we experienced the same problem. We have been using SMTP; after many hours of Troubleshooting with Matt and his Team; we changed to phpMail and it is now working.

Even if it is doing that after integration, point is it is a WHMCS feature that is broken so it is code on their side at fault. You will need to contact them regarding this.
