Integrating the LiveSupport Button

I have been trying to figure this out for a while now but I cannot seem to find the line(s) of code that are responsible for integrating the LiveSupport button into my website. If anybody could point me in the right direction, I would appreciate it.

Hmm.. i tried to insert the code from the html-button and all I get is a "Chat offline"-image. When I click it I get javascript error:

startChat_ is not defined.

The link when i hover the image is startChat_('0'), and in the javascript i see when I access the URL, there is no such function with an underline in the end.

I don't know if it's just me, but in all the 522 pages of the manual, I can't find much on how to install the chat.

In my Admin CP > Settings > Live support there is a weird blank line, what is it?

Some help would be appreciated!

Suppose to be:

Always Use Secure Connection (https) For Chat
If this setting is enabled, all chat sessions will always be conducted over https.

Why its not there, I have no clue.

Looks very much like you missed running the upgrade script after updating the files as the new language phrase hasn't been added...
