Exclamation Integration to modernbill on another useraccount on the same server not work - 15-04-2006, 03:45 PM

Hello all
We have a little Problem

If we have modernbill on another account as the support suite but on the same server and we integrate the files of the supportsuite to modernbill we get the following error. Integrate.php path is set correctly.

We have disabled for testing the php open_basedir Security for that two accounts but the problem still exist.

Warning: chdir(): Permission denied (errno 13) in /home/user1/public_html/billing/include/html/custom/integrate.php on line 29

Warning: main(/home/user2/public_html/support/index.php): failed to open stream: Permission denied in /home/user1/public_html/billing/include/html/custom/integrate.php on line 31

Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required '/home/user2/public_html/support/index.php' (include_path='.:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php') in /home/user1/public_html/billing/include/html/custom/integrate.php on line 31

anone a idea how to fix that problem or what is wrong.
Thanks Sven

Additional informations of versions Kayako 3.00.80 and modernbill 4.4.0 Build 2

Did you ever figure this out? I thought it was open_basedir related but I have since disabled and still receive the error.

What if you try to set the SWIFTCUSTOMPATH in config.php manually, does that work?

ya to get mine to work I had to install a Ghost Copy of SupportSuite on the same account as ModernBill and just have it use the same Database Info as the real one.

The software allow you to set SWIFTCUSTOMPATH under config.php which usually fixes any open_basedir issues. I suggest you give it a whirl.

I enabled SWIFTCUSTOMPATH but had the same issue. I did a ghost install as XeSolutions suggested which appears to be the path to take as it is now showing. The only problem is for some reason (DB config I suspect) the images are not loading as https and I receive the non-secure items prompt from the IE browser.

* I should mention the account MB is on does utilize https of course but the account eSupport is on does not.

**So the problem is it is trying to load the images on the configured URL path of the other account instead of locally. I don't see a way around purchasing another SSL certificate as changing the config table for that would hose the other install.

Hmm of course. This results in certificate errors as SSL is coming from two different domains. How did you get this running properly XeSolutions?

Are you not running a secure billing system? Are you running mod re-writes?

Hello All,

I have had the same issue as outlined above which was resolved by entering the relative path to replace the SWIFTPATH.

There doesn't seem to be much in this forum about the integration of the SupportSuite into MB5.

Can someone just tell me what are you supposed to get in MB5 after the intergration of SupportSuite?

When I log into MB5 as a user, the only screen we get is the FAQ screen.

Is this correct? Is the user still able to post support tickets via the MB5 area?
