Internal Server Error 500: Premature end of script headers - 03-06-2007, 04:34 AM

Hello All,

I can pretty much do anything I want in Kayako Live Support, but whenever I respond to a ticket now I get the following 500 internal server error:

Premature end of script headers: /usr/httpd/cgi-t/php4

This is starting to become a big problem as I ma tired of opening outlook and responding via that.

In case it is needed, here is the php info page: http://helpdesk.solvetechnology.com/phpinfo.php

Any one have any clue why this is doing this?

That's interesting. Usually a 500 error means a CHMODding error, usually caused by SuExec (because CHMODding a file to 777 with SuExec will result in a 500 error). I'll look into this more, but past that, I really don't know... Sorry I can't help more.

A 500 error means that something has gone wrong server-side, but the exact error could not be identified. For example, it is usually associated with CGI and/or PHP.

You should analyse your PHP logs to look for any unusual activity or warnings.
