Hi all! Ok, we have V3 up and running fine now, the only thing currently is we have som problems with tickets showing wierd characters. Seems like it wont display swedish national characters correctly. Anyone know what we need to set collation to in the database and what settings we need to use in the helpdesk itself to handle national characters correctly. |

We've had the same problems with norwegian characters. You should try to change your charset ti iso-8859-1 (western european). Try to edit the file locale/en-us/en-us.php and change "UTF-8" to "iso-8859-1". (you might want to change this back if a swedish language version is released later. Btw. It is also possible that you have to change the language phrases "charset", html_charset, text_charset in order to have the user pages rendered properly. |

Old reply i noticed. The website looks ok, but e-mail are missing the norwegian characters. Have edited all those :\
