hello,

ive a problem with liveresponse. after finished installation. i can use without problem few hours. and after that when ive tried to chat with users. got some probs. Here the error screenshot. after ive clicked on YES and also NO. ive tried to say hello(any texts) to users. its shows
Unable to deliver the message. The chat session has either ended or expired.

and when ive tried to login at ADMIN panel. after clicking LOGIN button some errors is come

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: mb_internal_encoding() in /home/fartuah/public_html/support/includes/Mail/htmlMimeMail.php on line 655

but with this error i can use this support suite.

3.11.01 has been released. Try upgrading to this to see if this fixes the issues.

ermm ive recompile php with mbstring. my probs is solved. thanks

Grrr, read the post too fast initially. Should of spotted it was an MB String error rather than just the JS errors other people have been having.

I'm also getting the same error when trying to send email with 3.11.0. I'm trying the 3.11.01 upgrade now.

Hi Thor,

You need to enable mbstring support in PHP to solve this problem.

Thanks, I figured that out as well.

The install for 3.11.01 now checks for mbstring extension. I checked the screenshot of my 3.11.00 install and it was not there.

mbstring extension is not loaded with your PHP, Please recompile your PHP with mbstring Support. For more information, please refer to the php manual

This was a check that was added in 3.11.01 and was not there in 3.11.00 (which it should have been).

I am sorry for the problems you encountered.

Ah, didn't realise an actual check was added to the upgrade / install tool. Thats cool.
