Invalid Display Object - Kayako

I've been getting the following error messages when I click on a ticket, then after the yes [ok], it disappears. Returning to the page and it comes up again but goes through the same process;

I can not view tickets let alone reply to them, how do I resolve this.

Have you submitted a support ticket about this? Please do so via your member's area with the appropriate access information.

Does this follow a recent upgrade?

You should submit a ticket for guaranteed support (http://members.kayako.net -> "Get Support").
