Is there a known issue with this product - I see lots of comments on it but I'm not clear at this point if it's my install or the product. I have just installed SupportSuite 3.00.32, PHP 5.1.2, mySQL 5.0.20, on Windows 2003 SP1 running IIS. Users log in to Support Center but sometimes they get a red banner "Invalid Username or Password" even when they are logged in successfully. Sometimes not.... we are using LoginShare with 2003 A/D. That was very painful to get working too since I fat-fingered my domain to be CD=DOMAIN,DC=COM (typo on the CD=DC!!!). Gaaaa! Only three hours wasted there, I thought I would just ask about the red banner thing since there are so many helpful users here. |

Hi, 3.00.80 is the latest stable and contains many fixes since 3.00.32 was released, I would advise upgrading to the latest stable version as this may wel fix the issues you are seeing. UK cPanel/WHM hosting accounts http://ukwebsolutionsdirect.co.uk |
