PLEASE IGNORE THE SUPPORT REQUEST BELOW. I WAS TRYING TO LOG IN USING THE USERNAME INSTEAD OF THE EMAIL ADDRESS (AS THE BOX CLEARLY SAYS.) UGHHH.. I NEED TO PAY BETTER ATTENTION! I just install the 3.10.02 version of suite. I just got it set up and when I try to register a test account I get the red block at the top that says "invalid username or password". Any ideas on a fix for this? This is a 7 day trial that I am setting up to demo for my company and need it to work so I can get approval to purchase this powerful software. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help me out with this! |
