| New Member Posts: 15 Join Date: Apr 2006 | I have been using Kayako's Support Suite for a while now and noticed that I am getting the following error very often. This was working just fine last month. When someone emails support@lanquest-it.net. A ticket is created (as normal). But after about 10 mins. Hi, Please make sure you have an ionCube loader installed under /usr/###/####/###/###/ioncube/ioncube_loader_lin_4.3.so. If not, please remove the corresponding entry from your php.ini file. Regards, Varun Shoor -------------------------------------------------------------------
