IRS doesnt work in Chinese language(v3.10.00)

The searching engine works with chinese, im sure.
but, IRS the powerful feature not working, my address is www.systorm.com.tw/kb/
The English word is working well on IRS, but Chinese work not.

I had set the "Maximum word count for IRS" to "1"

After a lot try, IRS is working well in Chinese.
Once the content is wrote by Chinese, and when you type Chinese in a client submitting, then IRS does no work.

I have try inset space in every Chinese keyword in both content and submit form.

am i lose someting? It works well in when content and keyword are English.

Did you change the charset of the software? I believe your license key has expired.
