Hi All, We're looking into using the Client IRS when a user creates a new ticket to do a search of all the documents located on our intranet, on a different database. Does anyone know if this is possible, if so how would we go about doing this. Also, does anyone know where the client irs and new ticket code is located? Thanks Kav |
