| Issue with adding notes and multiple escalations? -

Dear All,
I am just wondering if this is normal or if its a bug?
On a single ticket if multiple escalations have been made and notes have been added it will not display the ticket notes?
Please see screen shot...
There is defiantly one note added on that ticket as displayed on the audit log and also the initial ticket grid |
