issue after perfect Installation(3.04.10)

In the top of Client Support Center shows this:

Warning: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/systorm.com.tw/www/support/config/config.php:1) in /home/customer/systorm.com.tw/www/support/includes/functions.php on line 1612

In the top of admin cp when I click login also shows same as above, and sometimes more, like this:

I had tried v3.10.00 CVS trial version, that was perfect.
Then I purchase esupport owned yesterday, and I choose v3.04.10 stable(because v3.10.00 CVS is a supportsuit, looks like I am not accepted to use it).

1. What should I do now?
2. Can my lisence key for v3.10.00 CVS?
please help.............

Did you delete the setup directory?

Yes, I done it.

and I am sure,
1. set cli/index.php to755
2. I am with the right domain.
3. Cache and files are 777.

That mean you have an empty row, or an extra space in the file config.php at line 1. Even a space before opening tag <?php can produce that error.
Open config.php file and check it for extra spaces.

The config.php is like the attched pic, please check it.
My mouse cursor just with the "p" ..

I changed config,php into utf-8,
seems I have a wrong save....

IT is solved.
