Issues with LiveChat software (LiveResponse) - 27-03-2008, 11:52 PM

Ok, after I did the upgrade to the new version LiveResponse has acted very funny. Whever I attempt to do a Proactive chat with a user sometimes it comes back as an error: I have attached the area of the log:

03/27/2008 17:51:39 An error occurred while attempting to communicate with the server (online 05:46:42):

Received unexpected response from server (invalid header)!

Data: (Invalid SQL: INSERT INTO `swvisitorpulls` (`visitorsessionid`, `staffid`, `dateline`) VALUES ('468e611f65f95cb4e14917560dbdff88', '1', '1206675805'); (Duplicate entry '468e611f65f95cb4e14917560dbdff88' for key 1)<br /> <b>Warning</b>: Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/xxx/public_html/support/includes/functions.php:410) in <b>/home/xxx/public_html/support/includes/functions.php</b> on line <b>2656</b><br /> compressed;e92f46482debb41bf8906bf3dd019c74;c4ca42 38a0b923820dcc509a6f75849b;9;1;x^3)

Error: <No extended error information available>

IT has happened more than 40% of the time. Anyone else having this issue? I am running version 3.1.1.61 stable

Try the following:

DELETE FROM `swvisitorfootprints`; DELETE FROM `swvisitorpulls`;

See if that fixes it.

Yes, it's a MySQL command. Enter it using MyPHPAdmin or a similar SQL-Tool.

Hello,

I ran the SQL query through phpMyadmin and got this:

SQL query:
DELETE FROM `swvisitorfootprints` ;# Affected rows: 9
DELETE FROM `swvisitorpulls` ;# Affected rows: 99

I will test and will update if this fixed it.

Hi mm1250,

Please can you create a ticket with access to an administrator account and SSH access to your account on the server (if not, FTP access may suffice). Please post the ticket ID so I can take a note when you have submitted it - I will then ask a developer to look into your problem.
