Its something I miss - 02-08-2007, 12:06 PM

Hello,

One thing I miss from supporsuite that was in esupport v2 is the ability to send customized e-mail autoreplies per department.

Lets say for example we had the sales and customer service department, they could have different e-mail autoresponses when customers submitted a ticket.

Could that be something thats added back? I just feel having a generic autoreply for each department a little hard as we like to give our customers specific details on a department etc.

Just so you know, it wasn't taken out, its just that V3 is a total rewrite and it wasn't added back in.

I suggest you post it in feature requests -> http://forums.kayako.com/f63/ and it will get considered for V4.
