I've installed Kayako but how do I use it?

I've downloaded a very detailed installation manual but I can't find any documentation that explains how the whole system works.

I'm doing my best to get the features to work but I'm having to learn how Kayako works by trial and error.

Anyone thinking of leasing/buying Kayako must realise that there is no 'Instruction Manual' so you'll never be able to use all the features.

Or have I missed something?

There are many areas of the program.... work with one at a time. I for one am not a manual type person, trial and error.... Its what makes the world go-round.

first step maybe - create a few departments, customize setting options to your likings....

DONT ask for a refund sorry thats a software developer myself.

This forum is a good way to let others help you, even if i have not myslef. Though I had no direct question to answer.

When I installed kayako 2 days ago it was so easy installed and perfect. Manual is great it has instruction on how to use the features such as set up department and mail queue. Mostly I had an issue is email parser. Whenever I need to get this work or whatever, I search here as it's quicker than this own thread. whyyy people don't search when their questions already answers in the past.
