Howdy. I was wondering if anyone here would be able to help me get Kayako to support Japanese emails (ISO-2022-JP). I have tried changing all the charsets from UTF-8 to ISO-2022-JP (and 8bit to 7bit) in the language, phrases, PHP.ini, local\en-us to ja, and functions_mail.php but no combination of changes has the desired effect. We are using Apache2, mySQL5, and PHP5 with Zend. Would someone out there that has done this successfully be willing to tell me what you did? Thanks in advance! |
