Hi, It seems Kayako is currently available only with an English language pack. Are there any plans to provide more language packs (like Japanese) in the near future? Thanks. A.P.E. |

The Kayako softwares support all the languages. You can change it to any language of your wish. You can get the latest language packs at http://forums.kayako.com/f31/ If you are not able to get the required language pack there, you can translate the client frontend under setup/includes/swift.language.xml and Admin/Staff CP under locale/en-us -------------------------------------------------------------------
