I am posting this out of sheer frustration with support. I attach a screenshot sent to me by Kayako claiming it shows that all is well. Of course it does not. It shows a JavaScript error that shows up across Windows Platforms whenever a logged in user uses Live Support. The Live Support only throws this error when a user is logged in. To a visitor, the window is fine. Anyone got any ideas about this? This is only the second time in a year I have needed help and both have gone on interminably. Thanks |
