I use esupport integrated with whmcs through the loginshare function. Never had a problem for a long time since the last updates for each software. However, as of a couple of days ago for some very odd reasons, I'm getting clients complaining of javascript errors when using the "post reply" function. Not sure why since nothing was modified at all.
How would I go about tracing this problem? Odd enough, I had at least 5 different clients report this issue, yet I am unable to duplicate this in Firefox 3 nor IE7. I actually logged in directly to their account via whmcs as a client, not administrator too.
Using esupport version 3.20.02 and whmcs 3.6.1
I installed Firebug for Firefox to see any errors.
Upon opening a new ticket (the actual ticket page after choosing department), the firebug console showed
Permission denied to call method Location.toString
Odd enough, upon using the "post reply" function firebug showed no error message.
