Hope someone can help me with this error.. I recently upgraded to 3.20.02 Since doing this I am now receiving a javascript error of "updateMassActionDiv is not defined" This is received when I mass updated the status or owner, priority,.... of items in any of the ticket lists. I get this within the support suite, on IE 7 and also with FireFox (I used FireBug to get the actual error message). I have defined my own header and footer template, and wonder if I did not bring over a JS import that is needed. Any help appreciated!! Error as reported in FireBug... updateMassActionDiv is not defined onchange(change ) URL of error.. http://[SUPPORT-DOMAIN]/staff/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=manage&ticketsearchid=[ID-NUM] |

Generally that means the upload was interrupted. Re-upload the product files. You don't need to re-run the upgrade. Also, check your templates and phrases for things that need upgrade reversion. If that doesn't work, please open a support ticket; we'll need access to the server, which we obviously don't want to ask for in a public forum. -------------------------------------------------------------------
