Question Junk mail - 08-05-2008, 11:02 PM

I have this annoying issue, i am not sure what to do, the e-mail address i have this coming is for my clients to submit requests without regestering. I keep getting this message unable to deliver e-mail and a ticket is being created. This is happening everyday atleast 3 - 4 times! How can i stop this?, the content of the ticket is below error info and some routing details thats it.

SMTP error from remote server after RCPT command:
host mxintern1.kundenserver.de[212.227.126.204]:
550 unrouteable address

I suggest you contact your host about this. It is an SMTP problem rather than a Kayako one.

Also, I would suggest you move away from 1and1 - they are useless!

i changed the e-mail address, the mail server is from 1and1 but i am hosted on my own reseller server :-)
