You just asked how to do it so I told you how to do it and yes it is wise. If you don't want users to submit a ticket without registering then this is what you have to do...thats how I have it set up. You can also disable all the other ticket widgets and settings for guest users so that guests must login first to do anything regarding tickets. |

Under the admin CP-->settings there is a setting somewhere to allow registration via ticket submission or automatic registration...unfortunately I don't use that option so I can't give more specific directions but you probably have to enable that option for it to work. |
