Just installed, not getting emails..

I just installed SupportSuite and I am not getting mails when people create a ticket and when you create a ticket you don't get an email ether..

Can someone tell me whats wrong?

Also is there a way to make it when a person creates a ticket all they have to do is click the link and not have to login?

Under Admin CP -> CPU Optimization & Server Settings, did you configure the SMTP settings?

Now how do I make it so when they get an email to the ticket they created, how can I make it so that they can just click the link without having to login?

I've seen this done with many using this sript..
