Since the middle of last week we have begun having problems. We started receiving mailer daemon messages into the help desk that were so long that we had a hard time deleting the ticket. It happened again and in trying to delete the ticket it would not allow it due to the space issue. Our clients are getting an error when replying to the help desk. I have never been able to log into your help desk to enter tickets. It doesn't give me an option for support. We are in big trouble if we don't get this figured out. PLEASE HELP! |
