Hi,
Is there a possibility tu use Kayako Suite as a bug tracking system device like f.e: Mantis http://www.mantisbt.org/ ?

You can try Bugzilla... http://www.bugzilla.org/

We are quite satisfied with Bugzilla.

There are no case studies or whitepapers uploaded in Kayako. We are finding it difficult to use it as a Helpdesk tool itself and personally I don't recommend Kayako for Bug tracking.
