Estimados usuarios de esta comunidad!

Reciban un cordial saludo,

Estamos interesados en adquirir la version hosted de $39.95 que incluye el paquete completo SupportSuite (eSupport + LiveResponse)

Pero antes de comprarla, debemos asegurarnos de que nos servirá para lo siguiente.

Queremos crear una pagina web en varios paises y tener un dominio para cada pais. Ejemplo: www.mipagina.com, www.mipagina.es, www.mipagina.cl, www.mipagina.com.mx, etc etc

Una misma cuenta de Kayako se usará para manejar el customer service de todas las paginas

Cada uno de esos dominios estará redireccionado al directorio correspondiente al pais dentro del dominio principal mipagina.com. Ejemplo: www.mipagina.es redirecciona a mipagina.com/es/ mientras que mipagina.cl redirecciona a mipagina.com/cl y asi sucesivamente.

Una vez aclarado esto, es importante preguntar lo siguiente:

1) El SupportSuite funciona en multiples idiomas ó se le puede colocar algun language pack? (Español es indispensable)

2) Podria recibir los emails varias cuentas? (ej: ventas@mipagina.com.mx, ventas@mipagina.es, ventas@mipagina.cl, etc. etc. etc)

3) En total cuantas cuentas de email puede revisar?

4) Podria crear usuarios con acceso limitado a algunas cuentas en particular? (ej: Daniel sólo revisa los emails de Venezuela, Jacobo los de chile, etc... etc..)

5) hasta cuantos usuarios puedo crear?

6) Podria colocar una instancia para el liveSupport (Chat) en la pagina de contáctenos de cada una de mis páginas web? (ej. mipagina.com/mx/contactus.php, mipagina.com/es/contactus.php, mipagina.com/cl/contactus.php)

Esas son las preguntas que ahora se me ocurren, escenciales para la decisión de adquirir esta solución.

Toda ayuda que nos puedan brindar los actuales usuarios de Kayako es 100% bienvenida.

No escribo espanol muy bien aber entiendo lo que escribiste (y no tengo accentos con mi teclado).

Yo creo que la licencia es para un dominio, y no soy segura que la redirection es includida.

1) No creo que habian language packs de kayako aber el muti idioma funciona (no lo utilizamos aber el diseño parece bueno. En est forum puedes buscar language packs.

2) No problemo (lo utilizamos)
3) No sabe si esta una limite
4) No problemo (lo utilizamos tambien)
5) Tenemos 30
6) No sé, no tengo livesupport

Yes, the multilanguage design looks OK, language packs are not provided by Kayako, but some can be found in these forums

Definitively, we use it with no major problem.

Hi,

The licence us per domain, however with the hosted solution you would be limited to the subdomain of the hosted server your account is on so would have to use template groups per country and provide specific links on the websites for each contry to access the relevant helpdesk pages.
