Hi vp911; I do not think it is possible at the moment, as no developer API has been released that describes the communication that needs to take place between SupportSuite and InstaAlert. -------------------------------------------------------------------

Hi vp911, A Mac widget is not (as far as I am aware) on the cards at the moment, and with regards to a developer's API - the same. Ryan or Varun will have to update you on that. -------------------------------------------------------------------
