Hi everybody,

Im confused here, suddenly, support suite just stopped sending emails... Now if i create a ticket, i get no confirmation email, nor do i get an email if a staff member replys. I havent changed a thing in the configuration, and just went through sendmail configuration files, did some test emails, all settings are correct...

Has anybody had this problem before? What should i check for?

Please create a support ticket or mail me at mohit[dot]sharma[AT]kayako [dot]com with the required details and I will fix the issue:

1)Admin CP details.
2)CPanel/root access of the server.

Its working again. It seems there was a DNS problem with the mail server. Thanks for your help!
