Kayako and Modernbill on Different URL's

Ok...Heres the million dollar question???

I have my Kayako and Modernbill on different urls on the same server...Can
I integrate them together? If yes...How?

Step by Step instructions would be greatly appreciated....

As long as Kayako and ModernBill reside on the same server you can integrate. Straight from Kayako's integration instructions file:

1) Open integrate/modernbill/integrate.php and change the following line to full absolute path to your Product Installation (SupportSuite/eSupport)

define("SWIFTPATH", "/home/path/to/support/");

Examples:

define("SWIFTPATH", "/home/company/public_html/support/");


2) Copy the files in integrate/modernbill directory of package to include/html/custom directory of your ModernBill Installation


3) Thats it! Your ModernBill Client Area is now replaced with the SupportSuite/eSupport Frontend
