Kayako is a nighmare - 01-05-2007, 01:26 AM

I had a problema with departments not showing on the Chat system. I was told by support to delete them and re create them. I asked if this would not cause any other issue. I can now completely erase my kayako, the departments show now on the chat but all other functions dont work anymore. A spam rule that took me 3 months to build doesnt apply anymore, and alerts i got via SMS doesnt work even when they still perfectly discount from my kayako account, my alerts on my email also dont work anymore, anyway Kayako is a nightmare, i fix 1 thing so another does work anymore. I loosing clients, time, and my pacience, i paid $$$$ and it doenst work 100% not 1 time. The solution is always to deleted and re create all data like if that is so simple, it took me months to config all now i cant start from scratch again. This is not working as a support helpdesk software this ist getting me more troubel then i could ever imagine in my life.

I am sorry to hear that the software is not meeting your requirements. From what I read there might be some configuration related issues. You can have someone look into it
