Thumbs down Kayako official support still has not given me a response - 08-01-2007, 11:03 PM

I created a member support ticket since October:

Ticket ID: JPM-718929
Department: Support
Status: On Hold
Priority: High
Created On: 17 Oct 2006 09:35 PM
Last Update: 26 Dec 2006 04:53 PM

None of the replys i've gotten have solved my issue, I have sent the debug logs they requested and to date, I still have not received an answer. I hope somebody from kayako staff reads this, I am dissapointed with the paid member support.

Tracing and bug fixing issues can take more than normal time. Completely depends on the type of reported issue.

Hi Raghav,

The machine where support suite resides does not have public FTP access. You could tell me what files do you need to modify and i'll send them to you, and viceversa, you send me the files to upload and i'll put them in the server.
