I have contacted them on many occasions. Some idiot messed up my esupport license and I wanted to upgrade to SupportSuite. So I just paid $40 for a supportsuite even though I paid $30 for esupport this month. I have opened up multiple tickets and have only recieved 1 response when the guy said "I cannot login to your members area." I gave him the correct information so I'm not too sure if they can't speak english or are in Kindegarten?
I'm just going to issue a chargeback now on the supportsuite and possibly the esupport if they don't fix what they started.
