Kayako Support Ticket over 2 months open without solution !!! - 18-03-2006, 01:21 PM

Hello,

Ticket XIW-578684 is open since January 15th (!!!) and I got no solution yet. Once in a while, every 2 weeks or so I am getting a message, asking for logins and such but nothing was solved so far.
I would like to get some proper support - I believe that was included in the package???
In the support ticket nobody is answering anymore, so maybe here??

Problem:
I am using the Languages feature and have a weird problem with the translation of phrases.
The autoresponder e-mail goes out with the correct translation while autoclose e-mail goes out untranslated in English. Based on the template for email_autoclose I looked up the phrases and checked if they are translated correctly.

This is a bug that I can confirm. If you're only using one language, you can replace English with your language all together (you will have two language files, one named English, and the other with your language's name, but both will have the same translation strings).

Yes, I probably have to do this but I tried to avoid this kind of workaround. It's just that I have the Kayako guys working on it for over 2 months now and there doesn't seem to be any progress at all...
