Are you running IIS or Apache?

Hmm, not sure if this applies but this solved my problem (win2k/apache2).

Check your MaxRequestsPerChild variable in httpd.conf. Might have to set to a larger value, or 0 for unlimited.

Anything strange showing up in your error log?

We have had this same issue for quite a while, it happens mostly during chats.

Yup, and at the moment, I have no idea how to fix it. We have also increased our http limits under apache accordingly still with no luck. :S I was hoping someone here may have a solution.

Hi,
Please confirm if you are using the latest version. As far as I know they had this issue in older versions of SupportSuite.

I would suggest you upgrade to the latest build of WinApp as well, the one found at -- http://forums.kayako.com/showthread.php?t=5831&page=2. Try if that fixes the issue. Using different version of WinApp (v3.00.95) with v3.00.90 wont cause any complications

This problem started for me after upgrading to the latest version of winapp - the one listed on the blog...

I never had connection issues previous to this - now when i minimize the app - it will just pop offline after about 15-20 minuts of no activity.

Then you have to go online again....

Maybe my issue is that when minimized it thinks its inactive?

Is there a setting for that I might be missing?
