Kayako and WHMCS - 06-01-2008, 08:06 PM

I am using kayako esupport V3.00.28

WHMCS version i am using is is latest 3.5.1

For kayako integration with whmcs Matt guided me to this URL - WHMCS Manual

As per this i will get some files from kayako to integrate the same?

How can i get those files?

My kayako support has also expired.

Do i need to renew support also for this?

Please guide me the appropriate solution..

Let me know.

You will need to upgrade to 3.11.01 CVS for the integration to work, and the integration files. You cannot integrate WHMCS with any other version of eSupport.

Yes, you will need to do this so that you can access the latest 3.11.01 builds.

If you have any other questions, please post back.

Login to your members area: http://members.kayako.net

Click on the Purchase tab:

Select Other addons and services, and click Next:

Select the Support and upgrades renewal package:

The price for six months of support and upgrades is currently $49.95.

Good luck with the integration You will find all you need in the /integrate/ folder of the package you download. You need to download the latest CVS build from under the Builds tab, inside of your members area. As always with our CVS builds, please backup before performing your upgrade.

To add to what Jamie said to other people who find this thread: When your support and upgrades expire, a link appears on the home page of the members area to renew.

I renewed support today, but I have to wait until the order is manually approved I assume? I was going to finish up and work on templates tonight. :-( Lame. Not unreasonable, just lame. :-)

Click the builds tab. Does it show you the current build?

Jamie: Does it make sense that future orders have to be manually reviewed too? Should the checking of the first order not be surfice?

Yes, it does make sense; orders are reverified when billing details change.

You mean it only re-verifies if the user has changed their address since last time they ordered?

Hi Gabbar,

You need to download the latest CVS build from under the Builds tab;
