We are moving to Exchange with POP/IMAP disabled and I'm concerned about not being able to create tickets automatically using a helpdesk@domain.com sort of address. Has anyone been able to to integrate Kayako into an Exchange environment with POP/IMAP disabled? |

I am not sure this would work, you will need either IMAP or POP3 to successfully set the email parser.
