Has anyone done any mods for this? Can I pay anyone to do the coding for me?

Is this feature in the works at Kayako?

Google indexes my articles already. Are you saying if they pointed to html pages they would be ranked higher?

Yes they are indexed, but they could be much more SE friendly.

Keyword rich URLs, title and meta tags etc etc.

Look how successful products like VBSeo have become for VBulletin message board owners.
