Post 3.02 Cvs - 19-09-2006, 01:42 PM

HI All,

I wanted to try out 3.02 CVS build; however, I get the following error message whenever I upgrade my install from 3.00.90:

Code:
Key does not match product
Any thoughts? I tried re-downloading the key. Do we need to purchase a new key for 3.02?

Yep, I've got the same error too, I've reported a ticket with Kayako. I took a look at the upgrade.php and spotted a change to the license key check which I reckon is causing the error.

When is the next code freeze and stable released planned for? There have been a ton of bug fixes but only to CVS releases and since your site warns us not to use that in production it would be nice to know when we can expect this.

Thanks ill test it again once the key sisue is fixed but I noticed a lot of issues on the build before the key problem started happening.

does anyone now what went wrong ibn the latest cvs?
It seems its just setup and upgrade that isn't working.
Doesnt the other options check for licence key?

I just downloaded "Version: 3.02.00 (CVS) - 23 Sep 2006 01:11 AM" and I still get the error.

Key does not match product (3.0.2 CVS - Merged Threads) - 24-09-2006, 05:07 PM

Hi;

I just tried to install the 2 cvs but got the error key does not match product.

The build was: Version: 3.02.00 (CVS) - 24 Sep 2006 01:11 AM

Installing this in Windows 2003 server.

I was hoping the IE 7 issues is resolved in this issue since this problem is killing us..
