Send a request into them (support.kayako.com), all my tickets have been answered very fast lately... |

I emailed Varun last week, no reply to date. I want to change the domain to a sub domain on my server, how can I do this or am I at the mercy of Kayako support? |

do not email them, submit a trouble ticket and make it a high priority item. make sure you changet the URL before you uplaod the new file (see sticky above) |
