Knowledgebase categories - 12-12-2007, 02:26 AM

Hello:

When a user searches the knowledgebase or clicks on any of the latest knowledgebase articles the page that is returned does not indicate the category that the answer is from. This is a little bit of a problem for us as we have different products, each with their own category. If a user goes to a KB article they would not be aware of the category, hence they would not know if the question/answer relates to their particular product.

Any ideas on a workaround?

The only work around would be to have different template groups for each of your products although that can be a hassle to manage them all.
