Hi there, Was wondering if it's possible to escape Kayako's parsing routine to display html code. I thought I'd read Kayako uses SMARTY templating, however, I'm not positive on that. I've tried using SMART's {literal}{/literal} tags, but they don't work on Kayako SupportSuite. Anyone have a solution? Thanks! |
