Knowledgebase - insert into ticket issues - 02-10-2007, 12:14 PM

1. Activate WYWIWG editor for knowledgebase.

2. Create an article (with some bold text and other content).

3. Create a new ticket: Insert Knowledgebase article.

4. The HTML is stripped and all newlines removed, so that all content is shown as a big mess and practically unusable. This has always been like this (at least two-three years), and is still present in my 3.10.02.

Is this solved in 3.11? I was told that it was fixed in v3.10, but not in my install. I have get used to not having it working, but it would be really nice to have it working... Now I just post the url to the kb article instead...

Are Haugsdal

This will never be solved. However, Sheep has provided a fix for this. Search for "WYSIWYG" and you will see the mod for this.
