Knowledgebase issues with WYSIWYG in 3.00.90 - 11-08-2006, 09:37 AM

When I insert a knowledgebase-article in a reply to a customer, the text is very damaged and all spaces/enter are removed and you must clean it up very mutch before you can send it.

It only works when the knowledgebase is text only, which is not good and makes it useless for me at least. It would be better to have the link if this isnīt going to be solved.

Any solution to this? It has been like this for more than a year..

I didn't know that there was a WYSIWYG editor in eSupport :dunno:

Add "What you see is what you get" Web Editor! Please Chime in!
