Knowledgebase not listing

Hi,

I've recently added several article into the Knowledgebase section. However, when I tried clicking on Knowledgebase in the Post Reply's Quick Insert section, the categories and articles does not get listed. Can anyone tell me why?

Can nobody tell me what wrong with this? Why isn't there a list when I click on KnowledgeBase in the ticket? Is it a cache problem?

Need to know how to fix this guys.

Hi guys,

Can someone tell me at least what might be wrong with it?

Is the KB cached for the AJAX to work? If so, then why isn't the cache updated when I enter new articles and categories.

Please help. Also, is there a way for staffs to search for articles? I can't seem to find it.
