Does anyone know if this problem still exists? I'm running 3.10.02 and still seeing a problem with downloads. The problem looks to be resolved with the knowledgebase, but I still get a "0" count if there are no files, just directories.

It (incorrect total/rollup count) is still there for me in latest stable.

Features I need asap:
1) Ticket search in the client portal!
2) Column display in client portal showing clients email address or name
3) Downloads by client
(i.e. - each client has their own download area and can't see/touch downloads for any other client.) This would be on top of a "public" download area.
4) Integrated KB image uploads
The ability for staff to upload images with a KB articles.

That is what I thought. I tried the patch that was uploaded a while back, but that didn't seem to help. Yes, the numbers were incremented, but they were all wrong.

Has anyone been able to make this work for downloads in v3.11.01 ?

i think my KB counts are correct, i think. i'm not going to count right now but as for downloads. no clue. sorry AndyS for no help.

I added the fix to the Downloads section as of last night. 3.20.01 has it.
