Greetings from Greece, I have a strange problem. In picture 1 you can see that I wrote a word in Greek and "Outlook Express". The interactive knowledgebase search engine seems to search for revelant articles but doesn't display any results. If I let it there for 5 minutes, it keeps displaying the "Searching" message. However when I replace the greek word with another one written in latin characters, the system displays the relevant knowledgebase item in no time! I use iso-8859-7 encoding due to incoming e-mail issues (didn't display the greek characters in UTF-8). Any ideas? |
