KnowledgeBase-QuickJump, not working when viewing a ticket - Kayako

Hi,

From StaffCP, when I'm viewing a ticket, QuickJump option for KnowledgeBase does not work. It does anything.

Otherwise, from ticket listing or other places, QuickJump works well.

My SupportSuite built is 3.20.02

Do you know how I can fix it?

I have tested this issue on v3.20.02 stable and it seems to be working fine for me. Does your browser throw out any errors? Use Firefox error console and check if any errors are recorded.

No errors, just parsing warnings for me

"Error in prsing value for property 'color'. Declaration dropped http://.......index.php?_m=tickets&_a=viewticket&ticketid =761"

Try rebuilding your software cache and rebuild your browser cache as well. Check if that fixes the issue.

I tried to delete CACHE folder, rebuild cache, and delete browser cache.
It does not work.

At error console I have only warnings like:

"Warning: Selector expected. Ruleset ignored due to bad selector.
http://mydomainn.zz/supportsuite/sta...ex.php?_ca=css
Line: 1"

any idea?
